Deirdre Murray, Founder and Director of People Resources, works with leaders and their teams across a wide range of business sectors, in multinationals, small business and owner-managers to help them achieve their highest potential and enhance not only their individual performance but also build the productivity and performance of their entire team.
Deirdre and her associates partner with leaders and managers in multinationals, SME’s and entrepreneurs.
She has over 27 years experience in the field of HR and Learning and Development, having worked in both the public and private sectors. She has served as Group Director of Human Resources within a global FMCG Company and as Group Human Resources Manager within a worldwide turnkey provider to the computer industry. Having completed an MBS in Management and Organisation Studies, (1st Class Hons), at UCD Michael Smurfit School of Business, she has continued with post-graduate research into “The Impact of Executive Coaching on Individual Performance,” at UCD Smurfit Business School (M. Comm. Dec 2009).
Deirdre has lectured for over 10 years as an Adjunct Faculty member of the Michael Smurfit Business School in Leadership, Managing Change and Organisational Behaviour at MBA level as well as consulting both nationally and internationally. She has worked extensively in both Personal & Business Coaching (ECI Accredited). She is also a Licensed Master Practitioner in NLP (Bandler, 2009) and Business Practitioner in NLP (IINLP). She is also an Accredited Resilience, Positive Psychology and Mindfulness Practitioner.
She is co-author of Emotional Intelligence with colleague Daire Coffey on “Emotional Intelligence (EQ) – A Leadership Imperative!” published by Frank Scott – Lennon as part of the Management Briefs Series for busy managers. Her second book in the management briefs series, “Communicate with Impact – Communicate and Influence Successfully,” is out now and available online by clicking on the Management briefs logo – a great gift idea for your busy managers!

She has over 25 years experience in general management and marketing within the travel and tourism industry in Ireland and overseas.
